MIFTAH ZAMAN

Tuner, Singer & Music Producer/Director from Bangladesh

 


Although singing has been always in his life, Miftah Zaman was recognized as a tuner in Fuad Feat. Kona (2008). At the same time, he sang the sad version of the song “Bhranti” in that album. After a long break of 2 years, he came back to market as a music director and singer with the album “Shudhu Tomake” (2010). In 2012, he successfully released his 2nd solo album "Deetia" which was again a signature of his music arrangement & singing pattern. Meanwhile, 2 mixed albums were also launched, named “Sajid Feat. Shihoron” & “Bhalobashi Tomake- 2 by Sandhi”

 

Being trained in classical at the very childhood, he is always influenced by these learning of classical songs. Side by side, he also has liking to modern pattern of songs. In all the album of his, there is a blending of these 2 different genres are observed. Beside singing & tuning new songs, he is also a multi-instrumentalist. But among all of them, Guitar is most favorite one. Some of his renowned songs are- Chiro Odhora, Bhranti, Na Bola Kotha, Otopor, O-Deetia, Praptishunno, Shihoron, Bishorjon etc.
